Delivery

Standard delivery on orders of £75 or more is FREE.

Our standard delivery service for orders of less than £75 normally costs £6 per order, however many items you order.

Delivery to overseas, offshore (including IOW) and some Highlands & Islands postcodes may vary - we will contact you prior to despatch with an accurate cost for your approval.

We aim to despatch orders received prior to 1pm on the same day.

All products are despatched direct from our facility in Hampshire, either by courier or on one of our own vehicles.

Most orders will be delivered the next working day. However, some orders (and in particular those to more remote parts of the country) may take up to 2 working days for delivery. You will need to sign for your order so please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign during normal working hours.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

Guarantee

You may return your goods in resaleable condition within 7 working days and we will provide an exchange or refund the cost of the item.

Resaleable condition means that any product must be un-opened and un-used.

Please obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) when returning goods as we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the original goods back. Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service.

Faulty items
If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately for instructions.

Exceptions
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of bespoke products that have been made to order.

Statutory rights
This guarantee does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancel Order

You may cancel any part of your order that has not yet been despatched - just contact us soon as possible. Unless you have ordered a bespoke product, you will not be charged for any orders cancelled prior to despatch.
